At JuliPeri (Netrategy Infotech), we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Return / Exchange Policy
Return or exchange is available only on selected products. Eligibility details may be mentioned on the respective product page.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our address. Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
3. Conditions for Replacement / Return
JuliPeri (Netrategy Infotech) will offer replacement or accept returns at no additional cost only if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product has been delivered
For all other cases, applicable charges (including reverse shipping and processing fees) may be deducted.
4. Charges (if applicable)
- Return processing and reverse pickup charges may apply
- Exchange handling charges may apply
These charges will be communicated based on the request.
5. Mandatory Proof
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
6. Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products returned after the allowed return period
8. Important Notes
- Products that do not match expectations (design, color perception, etc.) may not qualify unless defective
- Return or exchange requests raised after the specified period will not be accepted
- Policies are subject to change without prior notice

At JuliPeri, each piece is meticulously crafted and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We stand behind our craftsmanship and strive to deliver a seamless buying experience.
We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. Please review your cart and details carefully prior to checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Exceptions:
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at care@juliperi.com with your order number and clear images of the product in its original packaging. Our team will assess your request and provide a resolution at our discretion.
Eligibility (for defective/incorrect items only):
Items must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags. For hygiene reasons, earrings, customized, or personalized products are strictly non-exchangeable.
Approval & Process:
If your request is approved (for defective/incorrect products only), instructions for return/exchange will be provided(Delivered) within 10 to 15 day. Shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Customized & Discounted Orders:
Products that are personalized, custom-made, or bought on sale are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
