At JuliPeri, we are committed to delivering our jewellery safely and promptly to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle domestic and international shipments.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces may require up to 25 days for preparation before shipping. We will notify you via email for extended timelines.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):
    We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders above ₹2,500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee, calculated at checkout, applies.
    Expedited and express delivery options are available at additional cost and will be shown during checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    We ship worldwide; international shipping costs are calculated based on destination at checkout. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship orders to P.O. boxes or restricted areas.

  • We reserve the right to decline orders from regions with logistical constraints or security risks.

Insurance & Responsibility

  • All shipments are insured by JuliPeri until delivered and signed for at your address. For gift orders, responsibility transfers upon recipient’s signature.

  • For any claims regarding lost or damaged shipments, contact care@juliperi.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and your order number for swift resolution.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Domestic orders include applicable taxes at checkout.

  • International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are borne by the recipient, and vary according to local regulations.
    Please consult your local customs office for further clarification on fees. JuliPeri has no control over these charges.

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, custom clearance processes, or courier delays beyond our control.

  • We will strive to communicate shipping updates in real-time via email/SMS.
